Email: lselectricservice@gmail.comlselectric-srls@pro-pec.it

2 – Processing Methods
Your data will be processed at the Controller’s premises, both verbally and/or in writing, using electronic tools and/or paper media, within the limits necessary to achieve the stated purposes, in compliance with the principles set out in Article 5(1) of EU Regulation 2016/679, namely:
• Lawfulness, fairness, and transparency
• Purpose limitation
• Data minimization
• Accuracy
• Storage limitation
• Integrity and confidentiality
• Accountability of the Controller

The processing carried out concerns the following data and purposes:

• Browsing data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category includes IP addresses or domain names of users’ computers, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, request time, method used to submit the request to the server, file size obtained in response, numerical code indicating server response status (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on website usage, to record access, and to ensure correct functioning. They may also be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical cyber crimes against the site. Except for this case, web contact data do not persist for more than seven days.

• Personal data voluntarily provided by the user
(e.g. name, surname, email address), used to fulfill specific user requests through the website services. Providing such data is optional but necessary to respond to requests. Users may also provide data to receive newsletters (monthly or every 15 days), informational materials, or technical/commercial communications (e.g. new products, services, trade events). Failure to provide data may make it impossible to fulfill the request.

Personal data are processed only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or as long as consent is maintained. Processing is carried out exclusively by authorized personnel, in accordance with the Controller’s instructions, ensuring data security, confidentiality, and protection of user rights.

These data are not transferred outside the EU. They may be shared with external data processors, both public and private entities, as required. No automated decision-making or profiling is involved.

• Personal data for contractual purposes
(e.g. name, surname, banking details), used for drafting and executing sales contracts, including related technical, operational, administrative, and accounting activities, in compliance with contractual and legal (tax) obligations.

Providing such data is mandatory for contract execution and legal compliance. Without them, it would be impossible to perform the service properly.

Data may be shared with external parties such as suppliers, collaborators, lawyers, accountants, consultants, banks, and public authorities when required. These data are not transferred outside the EU.

They are retained for the duration of the relationship and, for accounting/tax purposes, for at least 10 years as required by law. No automated decision-making or profiling is involved.

3 – Data Subject Rights
Under Articles 15–22 of the Regulation, you have the right to:
• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
• Request restriction of processing
• Request data portability
• Object to processing
• Not be subject to automated decision-making

You also have the right to:
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing)

You may exercise your rights free of charge by contacting:
lselectricservice@gmail.com

In case of a data breach posing a high risk to your rights and freedoms, you will be notified without undue delay in accordance with Article 34 of the Regulation.

To make its services efficient and user-friendly, this website asks users whether they wish to store cookies on their device. This document explains how LS Electric Service S.r.l. uses cookies and similar technologies (such as Flash cookies, web beacons, etc.), collectively referred to as “cookies.”

Tracking Protection
Tracking protection is a feature of modern browsers that allows you to communicate to websites your intention not to be tracked for purposes such as targeted advertising. This is done by sending a “Do Not Track” HTTP header whenever your personal data is requested online. Below are links to enable tracking protection on the most common browsers:
• Chrome
• Mozilla Firefox

• Safari

Adobe Flash Player Cookies
Adobe Flash Player may also store information on your device. These cookies cannot be controlled through standard browser settings. Some browser developers are working on solutions to manage them directly, but currently Flash cookies can only be blocked or limited through Adobe’s website.

Consent to the storage and use of cookies
The Data Controller is not required to obtain user consent for technical cookies, as they are strictly necessary for providing the service. For other types of cookies, consent may be given by the user in accordance with applicable regulations, through specific browser settings or software tools that are clear and easy to use.

The Data Controller reminds users that cookie preferences can be modified at any time through their device settings. On this website, once cookie preferences have been saved, a banner (“Cookie Preferences”) will appear at the bottom of the page, allowing users to update their choices at any time.

It is also possible to disable cookies at any time through your browser; however, this may prevent the user from accessing certain features and/or limit the use of parts of the Controller’s website.

Types of cookies
There are various types of cookies. Below are the types that may be used by a website, along with a description of their purpose. Cookies include both persistent cookies (which are deleted after a set period) and session cookies (which are deleted when the browser is closed). Cookies can be first-party (sent by the website being visited) or third-party (sent by domains different from the one visited). In the latter case, the information collected is managed by a third party and cannot be considered first-party cookies.

• Technical or “strictly necessary” cookies
These cookies are essential for the proper functioning of certain areas of the website. Without them, the site or parts of it may not function correctly. Therefore, they are always used, regardless of user preferences.

• Analytics cookies
These cookies are used to collect information about how the website is used. This information is used to perform statistical analysis, improve the website, simplify its use, and monitor its proper functioning. These cookies collect anonymous information about user activity and how users arrived at the site and the pages visited. These cookies are sent directly by the website.

• Profiling cookies
These cookies are used to collect information about users’ browsing behavior, including keywords used to reach the site, visited websites, and traffic sources, for marketing purposes. They may be used to send advertising messages aligned with user preferences. These cookies collect information in anonymous form and may be sent by the website itself or by third-party domains.
